Finished in Signal Red with wire wheels, overdrive gearbox, Mohair hood and walnut dash, the vendor describes this Triumph TR 250 as driving really well with a very good chassis and body. The car was built in September 1967 but dispatched to the USA as a new vehicle in February 1968. It returned to the UK in 1991, being registered here in June of that year. In the late 1990s, the car was restored and converted to right-hand drive. Recent work includes new tyres, refurbished wheels and a ‘sympathetic respray’. A stainless steel exhaust is also fitted but the seats and steering wheel - often changed on these cars - are original. Although it has been stored for 12 months, the vendor reports that the car drives well. Five registered UK keepers overall are noted, and the odometer shows 13,235 miles.

Documentation includes the V5C, Heritage Certificate, Autopress workshop manual and Moss parts catalogue. There's also an MoT certificate (which expired in April 2023 - as an historic vehicle, the TR 250 is now exempt from annual testing) and some old tax discs. Some spare keys also come with the Triumph.
