This very lovely 1926 Standard 12/24 Park Lane saloon, in excellent order throughout, is the only known survivor of the model and features on the front cover of the book Cars of the Standard Motor Company by Phil Homer. The four-door saloon with buttoned leather upholstery and artillery wheels has a 1944cc 2.0-litre overhead valve engine with magneto ignition, right-hand gearchange and central throttle pedal. It was damaged in a fire during 1980 and fully restored, with much of the work done by The Cooke Group.  The odometer indicates 2533 miles.

The Standard comes with its complete set of original tools plus documentation that includes the V5C, an early buff logbook, a near mint owner's manual still in its original envelope, photos of the restoration, and a catalogue of replacements and spare parts. There's also a large stack of photographs relating to the restoration, copies of various old magazine and technical features, miscellaneous correspondence and invoices relating to the restoration. There is a great deal of history for the car, stretching back to the 1980s.
