1995 ROVER MINI SIDEWALK 31,300 MILES 

With just one registered keeper from new in August 1995, this very presentable 1275cc Mini Sidewalk (a special edition in Kingfisher Blue Metallic with blue Tartan interior trim) has just 31,300 miles showing on its odometer. Its MoT is valid until July 2023 and the vendor reports that it ‘drives very well’. Recent work undertaken includes attention to the sills and subframe. 

The paperwork file includes the current and past V5Cs, original Rover sales invoice (when the car cost £5950), various brochures, old tax discs, and a stack of bills from throughout the car's life, including for the most recent jobs. These, combined with MoT certificates from 2002, 2004 to 2005, 2008 to 2019 and 2022, largely back-up the low mileage. The original book pack is present with owner's manual, in-car entertainment guide and service book stamped up to 29,436 miles in July 2018.
