1973 TRIUMPH TR6

The vendor purchased this Triumph TR6, registered in August 1973, in October 1976. It has had just two owners overall, and the odometer shows 51,886 miles. There's no online record of an MoT back to 2005, and the vehicle's V5C needs to be changed to now reflect its historic vehicle status. The car has been stored for the past five years and not been run in that time, so will require recommissioning now. However, the vendor tells us that it was running fine when last used, and the brakes were good. He also reports that the original soft top is in quite good order as well. The car comes with some fuel injection and brake spares. Paperwork accompanying the Triumph includes the V5C, old tax discs (many in very good order) back to 1977, MoT certificates from 1976 to 1979, 1981 to 1989, 1991, 1995 and 1999, owner's handbook, Triumph sales and service directory, and a page from Exchange & Mart in October 21 with Triumph adverts, presumably including one for this car. There's also various invoices from the 1980s, a British Motor Industry Heritage Trust dating letter and some technical documentation.
