The vendor acquired this 1973 Triumph Stag in January 2015, and it was treated to a full engine rebuild over 2016 and 2017, complete with a lead‑free conversion, pressure testing of the head and block, and new liners. A four‑core radiator, new water pump, and new clutch were also fitted, and the flywheel was refaced. The bills for all of this work, which run into the thousands, are included in the history folder. Since the rebuild, the vendor tells us that less than 1000 miles have been covered.

The history folder includes the V5C, MoT certificates from 2012, 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018, 2020, and a stack of invoices for the engine work plus other bills such as electronic ignition installation in 2015. In addition, there's the JVD radio/CD player instructions and owner's manual.

The odometer reads 78,671 miles and six former registered keepers are noted.
