The second generation Chevrolet Corvair arrived for model year 1965, with a revamp that was noted for its lack of a B‑pillar and a new fully independent suspension replacing the original swing axle rear suspension. In Corsa form the standard rear‑mounted flat‑six 2683cc engine put out 140bhp, but there was also the option of a 180bhp turbocharged engine, which this one has. The Corsa also featured a 140 mph speedometer with resettable trip odometer, a 6000rpm tachometer, cylinder head temperature gauge, analogue clock with a sweeping second hand, a manifold vacuum/pressure gauge and fuel gauge.

This 1965 car was imported into the UK in 2008 and registered here in March 2010. It has only had one UK owner since then. The odometer reading is 89,858 miles and while there is no current MoT, the car no longer requires annual testing as it is classed as an historic vehicle. Its last test certificate expired in 2014, after which it was put in storage up until the present.

The history folder includes the V5C, a dating certificate from the Society of Automotive Historians in Britain, US certificate of title, VOSA registration documentation, 2009 and 2013 MoT certificates and some photos and bills from the car's previous life in California.
