This 1975 Triumph Bonneville 750 T140V is one of the last of the right‑hand gearchange models. Registered in June 1975, the vendor tells us that the engine was rebuilt by SRM Engineering and fitted with Boyer electronic ignition. New tyres, battery, plugs, clutch, disc and pads are recent fitments, with a service having been carried out in October 2020. According to the vendor, few miles have been covered recently and the bike 'runs, starts and drives well'.
The 750cc bike was registered in June 1975 and its odometer shows 18,520 miles. There is an MoT, despite the Triumph now being classed as an historic vehicle and thus not needing one, which is valid until June 2022.
The history folder includes the V5C, an original brochure, various bills and receipts from 2022 back, including details of the 2007 SRM Engineering engine rebuild and other evidence of considerable care and expenditure over the years. There's also a spare set of keys plus an original numberplate.
