This Morris Oxford Series V is the earlier Farina type with the more prominent rear fins. It also features the 1489cc B‑Series engine. Registered in June 1961, the mileage showing on the odometer is 81,696 miles, which is, for the main part, largely confirmed by the history file.

The vendor tells us the car is very solid and looked after, and runs and drives very well with no issues. However, it requires some paintwork, although the vendor believes this is 'nothing major'.

The paperwork folder includes the V5C, some early service information, and a set of cards that seem to chronicle every journey from the mid‑1990s to the mid‑2000s. In addition, there's an extensive collection of MoTs from 1971 to 1996, 1998 to 2004, 2006 to 2007, 2009, 2011 to 2015 and 2017, plus tax discs from 1978 to 1983, 1986 to 2005, 2010, 2012 and 2015. The Morris' last MoT expired in April 2018; it is now test‑exempt.
