This 1992 Nautical Blue Metallic Mercedes‑Benz 300E W124 was registered on the 21st February 1992 and supplied new to a titled female owner in Jersey, for her to be chauffeur‑driven in. During her ownership, the car was maintained by Mercedes‑Benz, with stamps for maintenance in the service book.

In March 2004, at around 22,000 miles, the 300E was bought by the groundskeeper's father, who took the car to Scotland, where he lived. There, it was apparently always garaged and only ever used in good weather ‑ and thus did quite a low mileage, Scotland not always best‑known for being warm and dry. In 2011, it changed hands again at 26,000 miles, and continued to be garage‑kept. It gained another new owner in August 2014 at circa 37,000 miles, with an owner who mainly used it at weekends and in his free time. The current mileage recorded by the odometer is 45,248 miles, which can be warranted by the paperwork. UK registered in 2004.
