While 20th century Toyota HiAces are quite rare these days, this model is even scarcer, being a four‑wheel drive example. It's a motor caravan variant with 2770cc diesel engine and although dating from 1994, was only imported into the UK in 2003. The odometer reading is 59,999 miles (although the odometer stopped working in 2016) and the current MoT is valid until February 2023. Eight former registered keepers are recorded on the V5C since the vehicle came to Britain.
The paperwork file includes the V5C and current MoT certificate. There are also certificates from 2015, 2016 and 2017 plus a stack of invoices from the past few years totally around £3500. These include bills for a new starter motor, and front brake pads and discs in 2018, clutch in 2020 (at a cost of £685) and battery in February of this year. The last service for which there is any paperwork in the folder was in 2020. The vendor reports that new carpets were recently fitted and the seats recovered. He also tells us that the vehicle 'drives superbly'.
