The Volvo C70 moved away from Volvo's styling tradition of boxy, rectilinear designs and was the Swedish marque's first luxury coupe since the 780. In convertible form, it was an especially good‑looking machine.
This turbocharged 1984cc five‑cylinder example, registered in February 2004, is one of the later first generation C70 cars. The odometer shows 149,467 miles (which can be verified by the service history and online MoT history) and the MoT is valid until March 2023. The vendor describes the Volvo as being in 'good condition for its age', with a 'very good soft‑top'. He further reports that it 'starts well' and 'drives well'.
The history folder includes the V5C, showing three previous registered keepers, as well as the current MoT certificate, owner's handbook, dealer network and service book, which is stamped up to 147,496 miles in September 2018 (albeit a small service). The vehicle also comes with a spare set of keys and remote control fob.
