Lot Number: 129
Result inc Premium: £17,280
  • V5 Present
  • MoT Exempt
  • Chassis number: GCD11972
Finished in Snowberry White ‑ a shade it has always been in ‑ with black leather interior, the vendor tells us that over £5000 has been spent on this 1968 MGC GT over the last two years alone, with some of the modifications being a suspension upgrade, 3.09 differential, gas‑flowed cylinder head, six‑branch manifold and Revotec fan.

The car was registered in December 1968 and six former registered keepers are noted on the V5C. The history folder is very extensive, spread over three files. There are copies of past V5s, details of previous owners, the Revotec fan instructions and various magazine features relevant to MGCs, plus MoT certificates from 2018 and 2017. As an historic vehicle, the MG is now MoT‑exempt. The invoices date from 2021 back to around 2017 and testify to a lot of care, attention and expenditure. There's also a spare set of keys.

The current odometer reading is 62,450 miles.
