This award‑winning 1.4‑litre Nightfire Red Rover 214 SEI has only covered 28,113 miles from new, which can be warranted from the service history. The car is in very good condition throughout, with its supplying dealer (Wrights of Sleaford) tax disc holder, rear sticker and numberplates, all factory glass and lights etched with the car's registration, original jack and wheelbrace still sealed in the factory cellophane wrapping, standard Rover radio, and original car mats. The half‑leather sports interior is also all‑original. The car was registered in August 1995 and has an MoT valid until November 2022.

The history file includes the V5C, owner's handbook, in-car entertainment guide, Rover body care guide and service book, which is regularly stamped up to July 2010 and 15,598 miles. After that, there's a further stamp in August 2020 for a service at 25,388 miles. There is evidence of regular servicing between these dates, with a major service including the timing belt and water pump carried out in 2016 at 17,988 miles. In addition, there's a period range brochure, invoices, bills and MoT certificates from throughout the car's life, including the original bill of sale (for £9995 in 1995) and one for Waxoyling the underside of the car in 2022, plus old show programmes, awards and a rosette. Almost everything relating to this Rover's life seems to have been preserved.
