What do I need to bring with me?
Please bring any documents that you may have with the car into the office with your vehicle, including:
- V5
- MoT
- Service History
- Spare Keys

Sellers Fees
When your vehicle is sold, you will pay a commission based upon the sale price. If your vehicle remains unsold after three auctions, you may leave it with us for one week after the last entry date for us to continue to try to sell it for you but if you do not collect it then, a weekly storage charge of £35 (+vat) will be payable. Potential buyers come to view vehicles throughout the week and several vehicles are sold later out of auction.
No Sale, No Fee. Commission – you’ll only be charged a commission when your vehicle sells.
Our sellers commission is 7% (+vat) of the sale price. However, there is a minimum selling fee of £60 (+vat).
Vehicles listed on the Vcar (Vehicle Condition Alert Register) that have been subject to an insurance loss claim, will not be accepted for sale without a full V5.
Storage Charges
We will store a vehicle free of charge for 7 days after the last entry date. After this period, we will charge £35 (+vat) per week.
Collection and Delivery
We can collect and deliver cars. We can accommodate up to five cars on one load. Our transport charges are very competitive, so please call us for a quote on 01553 771881.
