Part of the Michael Lewis collection of eight vehicles being sold by ACA.

Purchased in July 2014 by Mr Lewis, after which the engine was sent off to be stripped down. However, this was never completed due to illness, and the car has been dry-stored for around 10 years without an engine. The Austin was built in 1935 but re-registered in July 1984. Its odometer shows 44,187 miles and three registered keepers are recorded on the V5C. Its last MoT expired in June 2013 after testing at an indicated 43,953 miles. However, once returned to the road, the Austin should be MoT-exempt due to its historic vehicle status.

Paperwork with the Ascot includes the current and a past V5C, an invoice for the stripping of the engine, some MoT certificates and tax discs, and a photocopy of the owner's handbook.
