1965 FORD CORTINA MK1 ‘GT’ ESTATE

This Ford Cortina Mk1 estate is a particularly interesting example due to the fact it is believed to be a GT estate. Fitted with an original 1500 GT engine, gearbox, back axle, brakes, front suspension and steering. Inside there is a GT dashboard, handbrake, dials and centre console. New parts fitted include the brake and clutch master cylinders, clutch slave cylinder, front callipers, front pads, rear wheel cylinders, water pump and new hoses. The car was registered in February 1965 and has six registered keepers showing on its V5C. Its odometer shows 47,210 miles. There's no record of an MoT back to 2005 when online MoT records began. However, as an historic vehicle, the Ford should be MoT-exempt. Paperwork includes the V5C, two owner's handbooks, supplement, Olyslager motor manual, and some MoT certificates and invoices.
