The Mini Cooper RSP was built in very limited numbers by Rover Special Products between June and October 1990. A total of 1650 were built, with 600 going abroad and the remaining 1050 for the home market. This is number 840 of the production run, identified by its chassis number. The car, registered in September 1990, has been in the same family since September 2005 and been driven around 2000 miles since then. It was taken off the road for a number of years and stored (due to an expanding family). Work was carried out in 2022 to tackle rust and bring it back to the road; it is now being sold with an MoT through to May 2026. The odometer shows 49,285 miles and it is said to be running and driving well. Paperwork includes the V5C, MoTs back to 1993, assorted invoices, original bill of sale (for £7100) and the book pack with owner's handbook, maintenance schedule, extended warranty document, radio and sunroof instructions.
