1966 FORD CORTINA SUPER

1498cc. This green Mk1 Ford Cortina Super, with white roof and matching green interior, was built in New Zealand in August 1966, and imported to the UK in 1994 at 28,500 miles. The vendor has owned it since 2004, and the present mileage is 74,799.

Both present and past keepers have kept a thorough record of maintenance, so the history file contains a good stack of receipts and all MoTs up to 2023. The car has been MoTed almost every year, and the latest test expired in 2024, although as a historic vehicle it is now exempt from requiring an MoT.

A K&N air filter is has been fitted, and recent expenditure has included a new starter motor, battery and windscreen rubber (2023).
