1987 MERCEDES 250TD DIESEL ESTATE

This 2497cc Mercedes-Benz 250TD estate was registered on 18th April 1987 and has been driven to the auction. Originally supplied as a demonstrator model with Lancaster's Ipswich, it comes with documentation including an owner's manual, MoT certificate valid until 15th December 2025, and MoT certificates dating back to 1990. The history file also contains the main agent sales invoice dated 7th July 1988.

The odometer currently displays only 70,600 miles, although vendor tells us that an additional c.300 miles were covered during 2005-09 when the odometer was not functioning. The service book records 10 entries including the PDI, with the most recent stamp entered in 1994 at 41,952 miles. A good collection of receipts accompanies the car, with some dating back to the 1980s. The estate has had only four owners from new and has been with its current keeper since 1998.
