3499cc V8, automatic. This R107 Mercedes 350SL Roadster is accompanied by a reassuring stack of receipts for maintenance and servicing, including numerous four-figure bills in recent years. Among these are an £8000 bill in 2022 for work that included rebuilding the engine with a new timing chain, and nearly £2000 spent in 2023 on, among other things, refurbishing the PAS box. 

The Manganese Brown paintwork with matching hard-top, together with the tan leather interior and black hood, are all presenting smartly. A large collection of MoTs from 1983 to 2025 is included in the paperwork, together with tax discs and old V5s. Although now MoT exempt (being a historic vehicle), the latest MoT expired in February this year. The file also contains a Haynes manual, handbooks and a maintenance booklet showing 4 stamps (including 3 from Mercedes-Benz), the last being 22,911 miles in 1982. Today the indicated mileage is 89,475.
