1982 PORSCHE 944

This Porsche 944 Coupé is quite an early example, first registered on 14th June 1982 – just three months after the model launched in the UK – and we're told it is a former press car. The car has had six registered owners from new and comes with current and previous V5Cs. 82,000 miles are showing on the odometer.

Recent work has apparently included new tyres and a comprehensive brake overhaul with new brake lines, refurbished calipers, new pads, and a replacement master cylinder. The 2479cc engine has also received two crankshaft sensors replaced, plus new leads and coil. The Porsche features a sunroof and deliciously Eighties black-and-brown interior colour scheme. The exterior colour is non-original, although reportedly similar to factory spec. 

The vendor advises that a temporary steel centre console has been fitted to replace the original, which was deteriorating. Also that the timing belt and clutch may be due for renewal. 

The car comes with a few receipts, newspaper cuttings, tax discs and current V5C in the vendor's name.
