1969 MORRIS MINI COOPER S

1275cc. This desirable Mark 2 Morris Mini Cooper S was first registered on 14th May 1969, and is showing 11,101 miles on its odometer. There are only two previous keepers recorded on the V5, and the car last changed hands in 2015. Documentation includes the V5C, MoT certificates from 1980 to 2013, and a good collection of maintenance receipts and service records which paint a picture of ongoing care, dating back to the early 1980s.

One hand-written invoice, assumed to be from the 1980s, describes the installation of a reconditioned gearbox and engine with Stage 1 cylinder head, plus a 3.1 ratio Hardy Spicer differential. Other notable features include the retractable roof and the addition of a rev gauge. Inside and out, the car is beautifully presented.

The Mini's last MoT expired in 2023, although (as a historic vehicle) it is exempt from requiring one.
