1969 TRIUMPH SPITFIRE 1300 MK3

1296cc. This white Triumph Spitfire Mk3 has received a recent recommissioning which included a new battery, fuel pump and tyres. We're told the previous owner acquired the car in 1996 and embarked on a body-off restoration over several years. This work apparently included shotblasting and painting the chassis, retrimming the seats and fitting a new hood. It was then stored and rarely used, but MoT tested annually between 2012 and 2017.

The history file contains a few receipts for parts and servicing between 1996 and 2016. Also included are MoT certificates dating from between 1988 and 2014, tax discs, Haynes manual, and current V5C.

The odometer is reading 14,217 miles.
