1977 VW WESTFALIA T2 CAMPER

This very special Volkswagen T2 Westfalia was originally manufactured in 1977 and imported to the UK in 2002. The van is showing 86,000 miles on its odometer and is finished in cream with metallic gold and mocha retro stripes. It's fitted with an EJ20 Subaru engine with TSR conversion kit, professionally installed by VW Workshop in 2023. In the same year, the van underwent a full bare metal restoration, with the underside and engine bay painted in Raptor metallic gold. The transmission was also upgraded to a John Walklett Freeway Flyer gearbox with short shifter.

The ‘bay window’ camper benefits from a custom exhaust system, power steering, BF Goodrich tyres and matching roof rack. Inside there's a genuine Westfalia interior in excellent condition, with conveniences including central locking, gas-powered night heater and reversing camera. With the roof raised, this van will sleep four.

Paperwork includes a collection of MoT certificates from 2006 to 2014, plus various receipts, the current V5C and a spare set of keys.
