1974 YAMAHA FS1-E

This purple Yamaha FS1-E has an interesting ownership history. The vendor originally purchased the bike in 1976 but sold it the following year, before re-purchasing it in September 2000 and carrying out a careful restoration, retaining the original engine and frame. It has remained in his ownership ever since, and received its professional respray in purple by Dream Machine in 2024. The vendor describes it as "running well". 

Current and previous V5Cs record 5 former keepers (including the vendor's original tenure) and the odometer shows 34,306 miles. Old MoT certificates covering 2001 to 2005 are included in the paperwork, along with a spare key, various tools and model-specific spares, the original owner's manual, and a few photographs showing the bike mid-restoration in the early 2000s.

It was first registered on 28th August 1974.
