This Sherborne body style for the Austin 10 was introduced in January 1936, offering improved seating for rear passengers and a more swept-back “Airline” rear silhouette. This car was first registered on 24th March that year, and was driven 92 miles to our premises. The odometer is showing 39,077.

It comes with various invoices for parts and maintenance covering the last decade and totalling £852. We're told the previous owner had the interior renewed at a cost of £3200, although there are sadly no receipts to show this. The current owner, who acquired the car in 2023, has also had the carburettor and distributor overhauled, and fitted new leads and plugs. The battery is recent, and the car has at some stage been converted to 12v.

The V5C is present, and the vendor has included an extra tyre, in addition to the spare in the boot, plus a spare fan belt, jack and wheel brace.

The registration number is non-transferrable.
