In the vendor’s words, it "starts first time, and sounds and runs well". It was first registered on 27th May 1988.

It comes with a partial service history comprising maintenance invoices from each decade of the car's life, including Porsche service inspection sheets from the late 1980s. Receipts show that it has newly received nearly £1200 worth of professional attention towards improving its bodywork. The clutch, together with its master and slave cylinders, were replaced less than 1 mile ago, and the cylinder head was stripped and re-faced in 2024.
