3246cc, 6-speed manual. This BMW (E46) M3 convertible is finished in Phoenix Yellow, and fitted with 19in aftermarket alloy wheels and a lowered suspension. The black leather interior features cruise control, electric seats and an original stereo head unit with premium Harman Kardon speakers. The odometer is showing 126,265 miles, and the latest MoT expired in May last year.

We do not have any maintenance history, but a few old MoT certificates and the V5C are present. Please note the EML is on, and the gearlever feels like it requires a new detent spring, although the gears do select.

The car was recorded on VCAR as a Category D insurance loss ("damaged but repairable") in 2010 and 2016. There is also an outstanding recall (details unknown).
