1992 JAGUAR XJ-S CONVERTIBLE AUTO

4,000cc. Finished in Brooklands green with Doeskin leather interior and black soft-top, this Jaguar XJ-S convertible has been subject to much expenditure during the last year. Over £9,000 has been spent including a comprehensive service totalling £3,200 and an overhaul for for a further £2,400. In addition, a stainless exhaust was fitted. The vendor advises that prior to its sale in January 2025, it had been described as being in dry storage for 6 years when a brand new power hood was fitted at the same time. We can see that from the MoT history it was off the road between 2012 and 2019. The vendor, who drove this Jaguar from Oxford to the auction, was considering touring Switzerland in it but this did not happen, describes it as running very well with everything seeming to work as it should. The MoT issued in May was without advisories. It comes with the original service book stamped by Jaguar until 1999 at 75,620 miles, V5, Heritage certificate, MoT history and some receipts.
