1982 YAMAHA RD 125 LC

123cc. This Yamaha RD 125 LC has recently had an engine rebuild which is so fresh it still needs running in, but the vendor tells us it does run and ride. It's fitted with a 185 barrel and piston, and the original 125 version and spare head are supplied with the bike.  

It was bought in Switzerland in 2007, and the history file contains a hand-written card itemising detailed maintenance by a previous owner between then and 2012. Also with the bike are various old MoT certificates, its Swiss receipt from 2007, numberplate registration certificate and various parts receipts from the last few years. The latest MoT was passed with no advisories and expired in 2022, but as a historic vehicle it is now exempt from testing requirements. The odometer is showing 28,151.

A Haynes workshop manual, owner's manual and parts catalogue are also present. The V5C shows 3 former keepers in the UK.
