Notice to Buyers
Please ensure that you read and understand our Terms and Conditions before bidding. All lots are sold as seen and without any warranty, guarantee or representation, whether express or implied, unless the vehicle is specifically sold with an After Sales Test Drive. You are responsible for satisfying yourself with the vehicle description, specification, condition and suitability before you bid. A basic inspection checklist is completed while the vehicle is stationary and reflects the vehicle’s condition at the time of inspection only. This checklist is not a substitute for your own inspection. We strongly recommend you inspect the vehicle in person prior to the auction and satisfy yourself as to its condition before bidding. By placing a bid, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and have satisfied yourself as to its condition and suitability.
