2.5-litre N/A diesel, manual. This ex-military Land Rover 110 Defender was part of the “Tithonus” programme, which saw much of the MoD's Defender fleet receive a revamp in the late 2000s. Work included underseal, installing a roll cage and, in most cases, the addition of a fibreglass hardtop roof, as seen here. This example sits on a set of heavy duty “Wolf” wheels and the vendor describes its chassis as solid, with a replaced rear crossmember. (In fact this particular chassis appears to be galvanised, although we can not confirm this.) Some recommissioning work was carried out before the Land Rover was put into storage, but further recommissioning is required. The last MoT was passed in 2017 with no advisories, and the odometer shows 105,100 km (65,306 miles).

The only paperwork we have for this Land Rover is its V5C. This indicates 1 former keeper, to whom it was registered for only a week after it was demobbed in August 2011. It has been registered to the same keeper ever since. The original build date is recorded as 20th June 1991.
