1057cc petrol, manual. This Vauxhall Viva SL saloon is quite a special example with a lovely provenance, finished in its factory shade of Cypress Green. The vendor reports that it “rides and drives superbly”, thanks partly to its original servo-assisted disc brakes, and it comes with an advisory-free MoT to 23rd September 2027.

We're told it was originally owned by a mother and then her son. When he passed away the logbook was not found, so his God-daughter applied for a new one when the current vendor purchased it in 2024. There are therefore 3 former keepers indicated on the V5C. While the odometer reading of only 50,652 miles can not be guaranteed, it is believed to be authentic, and the black interior is nicely preserved throughout.

Paperwork includes the original bill of sale from Saville Motor Sales in Stratford-upon-Avon, dated 30th January 1967. There is also a large collection of maintenance receipts from the 1980s up to 49,335 miles (around 1300 miles ago) in 2019, and various MoT certificates from 2008-on.

We reckon the gold JBW alloys and leather steering wheel are attractive additions, although the tyres scrub on full lock. The original wheels and steering wheel are included in the boot.
