1988 VW TRANSPORTER PICK-UP

1915cc petrol, manual. This dark blue Volkswagen Transporter T3 pick-up is a nicely presented workhorse that seems to have had an easy life, benefitting from an engine replacement and various structural repairs during the vendor's ownership. He bought it November 2011, after it has been in an accident some years earlier and recorded on VCAR as a Cat C insurance loss. In his tenure the VW has received an exchange engine, new back floor and cover, some body repairs and a respray.

MoT tests have been carried out every year during his ownership, and we're told it has been sent to a VW specialist in Hingam for all its maintenance (although we don't have any receipts to support this). It's supplied with a spare key, the current V5C which shows 4 former keepers, and a stack of MoT certificates covering 2009 to present. The odometer shows 111,716 miles.
