This rare and very stylish 1937 Ford V8 Model 78 Convertible, with its Art Deco waterfall grille is often referred to as a Club Cabriolet. The registration number was first issued in Dundee and comes with a continuation log book dating from 1947 in Dundee. It has been in the same ownership for the last 25 years, and was restored around 30 years ago. A new battery has recently been fitted, along with a reconditioned distributor by Belchers; it has also been given a check-over. The 3622cc Ford was registered in September 1937 and has four registered keepers recorded on its V5C. The odometer shows 82,990 miles. As an historic vehicle, the Ford is now MoT-exempt; its last expired in March 2008 after having been tested the previous year at 78,594 miles. While the car is running, it has been dry-stored for the past eight years and so may require some recommissioning.

The car comes with its current and past V5Cs, continuation buff logbook, photos of the car prior to its restoration, and a selection of MoTs back to 1995.
