3946cc. This fuel-injected Rover V8 engined Morgan Plus 8 has been owned by the vendor since 2019 with two previous keepers. It appears that the car was placed in storage in 2010 where it remained until being sold in 2015. In 2017 the car was fitted with a specialist interior by Richard Thorne Classic Cars of Reading which the vendor understands is partly based a Morgan Aero 8 interior together with Bentley specification. The paperwork accompanying the Morgan includes its current V5; however a new one is expected to arrive before the auction as the cherished numberplate is being retained by the vendor. There's also specialist detailed receipts dating from 2010 to 2020, owner's handbook and combined service book, Melvyn Rutter parts and restoration catalogue, MoT's and spare keys. The mileage is recorded at 31,609, with the service book showing main dealer entries up to 22,670 miles in October 2017. However, there's a further invoice from January 2020 for a full service by main Morgan dealer Melvyn Rutter.
