Known as Lizzie, this Morris Minor Traveller has been family-owned since it was bought new by the vendor's father in 1964 and used as the family car through to the 1970s. After a period of dry storage starting in 1977, it was fully-restored during 1998 by Minor Services, a specialist near Ely. It was also reregistered as well. The car has been in regular use until recently and is still in very good condition with, the vendor tells us, regular maintenance. It runs and drives, with working brakes and no issues that the vendor is aware of. Upgrades on the car include a brake servo and halogen headlamps, with a new battery being fitted in June of this year. The odometer shows 4371 miles. As an historic vehicle, the Morris Minor is now MoT-exempt; its last expired in August 2020 after having been tested the previous year at an indicated 4305 miles. The paperwork accompanying the Minor includes the current and previous V5Cs, some old tax discs (the earliest being 1977), owner's handbook, a few invoices and some MoT certificates, along with a data sheet and Haynes workshop manual.
