1958 BENTLEY S1

4,887cc. This elegant Bentley S1 with Standard Steel body was built in 1957 and registered on the 1st January 1958. It had the options of power steering - a £110 extra when new - as well as a sunroof, which functions as it should. It looks to have been registered in Ireland early on and was then re-registered in the UK in January 1985. The copy build sheet confirms that the car was originally green with beige interior and was changed to its present blue in 1991. The interior remains beige.

The registration plate, OXM 2, was fitted when new and then re-instated on the car around 2016 following a few years off the road. Please note that OXM 2 is non-transferable.  The odometer shows 23,314 miles and it is MoT'd through to June 2024 although, as an historic vehicle, it no longer requires annual testing.

The Bentley comes with its V5, owner's handbook and details of the original sale from H R Owen. There's also MoT certificates from 2002 to 2012, 2016 and 2023 and various receipts dating from 2002 until 2015.
