If this Rosengart LR4 looks a little familiar, that's because the model was based on the Austin 7, built under licence by the French firm, albeit with modifications by the Paris-based company. This example dates from 1936, although it only came to the UK in May 1994; it's one of only four in Britain. It was completely restored in 1994 and has recently been serviced and given a new battery. The odometer shows 46,322 miles and the Rosengart's last MoT expired in February 2011 after having been tested the year at an indicated 46,302 miles. However, as an historic vehicle, the Rosengart is now MoT-exempt. The car runs and drives.

Included with the Rosengart are its V5C, lubrication chart, a list of some past work carried out and some old MoT certificates plus a maintenance manual. There's also a large folder of British invoices, photos of the restoration, and a letter, in French, relating to how the car was hidden from the Nazis during World War Two.
