Registered in June 1980, this 247cc Ossa MAR (Mick Andrews Replica) with nickel frame has been on display in recent years. Andrews, a British trials bike star, set about developing Ossa's existing trials bike into the MAR, the result of which was very successful in European Trials Championships during the 1970s. During 2014 and 2015, this particular bike was owned by James May of Top Gear and The Grand Tour fame, having been restored (including an engine rebuild) in the immediate years before this by the owner who acquired it in 2008. There is no current MoT. Paperwork includes the current and past V5Cs, parts diagrams, some invoices from around 2009 and a copy of the Bonhams auction catalogue from its April 2015 sale testifying to its ownership by James May.
