1990 ROVER MINI 1000 CITY E

The vendor has owned this Mini since 1993 and used it as a daily driver until recently. A large amount  of work has been carried out after restoration started in 2019 including new British Motor Heritage sill panels, floor welded and repaired, and the rear subframe replaced. The brakes have been overhauled including a new master cylinder and servo unit. However, ULEZ has now curtailed the final stage of the exterior restoration work. The 998cc car, registered in January 1990, has an MoT (with no advisories) through to Sept 2024. Four registered keepers are recorded by the V5C and the current indicated mileage is 75,129 miles. 

The vendor reports that the car runs well and reliable, although the heated screen isn't working and the radio aerial is missing. She also advises that the front wings could do with replacement. Documentation includes the V5C, original book pack with owner's manual, consumer guide, dealership directory and service book, which is stamped up to 40,536 miles in October 2003. There's also 10 old tax discs and assorted MoT certificates back to 1993.
