1974 MORRIS 1800 “LANDCRAB”

The vendor describes this Morris as in generally very good condition, with all bodywork restored and the interior very good order as well. The engine is in good running order and the clutch and gearbox okay too, we are told. However, the vendor considers that some recommissioning work might be required to return it to the road, including a battery, as it has not been in use for 25 years (although it was given MoTs in November 2008 and May 2014). Six registered keepers are recorded on the V5C, and the Morris was registered in August 1974. The odometer shows 83,786 miles. A new starter motor has recently been fitted. Documentation with the ‘Landcrab’ includes the current V5C and an old V5, a club magazine, workshop manual, some photos of the restoration and the 2008 MoT certificate.
