1952 MG TD

1,250cc. This MG TD Midget has been owned club members for at least twenty years prior to the vendors ownership three years ago. The car has been in dry storage since but occasionally used. Invoices on file indicate that major works were undertaken between 2001 and 2002, these included, amongst others, an engine rebuild with the fitment of new big end bearings, pistons, rebuilt skimmed cylinder head to lead free, new valves, guides, seats and springs. Further works included brakes rebuild and steering. It appears that the car has also undergone body refurbishment but it is unknown when this was carried out. It was re-registered in 1999 and is believed to have fallen off the DVLA system prior to this as older invoices and copy green log book dating from 1974 are present.

It comes with a large history file including recent and older V5s, many receipts, MoT's to 2011 when last issued, tax discs, MGOC letters, various other documents and large workshop manual. The mileage is recorded at 31,487.
