1981 TRIUMPH SPITFIRE 1500

Having been registered in January 1981, this Triumph Spitfire Mk4 1500 is one of the last to have been sold, as production ceased in August 1980. It is described by the vendor as solid, with a recent respray, new tan interior, mohair hood and tyres. The mileage indicated by the odometer is 09132 miles, and the last MoT expired in June 2015, after being tested the year before at an indicated 09132 miles; however, as an historic vehicle, the Triumph no longer requires annual testing. As the Spitfire has been unused for the last two years or so, the vendor considers that it needs a good run as it has been sat idle for too long. Paperwork accompanying the car includes the V5C, owner's handbook, some old MoTs, and assorted bills back to the 1990s.
