1972 VW T2 MINIBUS

Registered in August 1972 and believed to have once been airport transport with a rare twin sliding door option, this Volkswagen T2 minibus has had five registered keepers overall, and is now showing 31,547 miles on its odometer. Its MoT is valid until 24 April 2024, although as an historic vehicle, it no longer requires annual testing now. A renovation was carried out out from 2004 to 2006, with the minibus finished in VW Harvest Moon, and used for weddings up until 2018. The renovation, by Aircooled Performance, included a new 1776cc engine with stainless steel exhausts and new twin 40 carburettors, which has only covered around 5000 miles since fitment. The only paperwork accompanying the Volkswagen is its V5C. There's also a boxed Dromader scale model of a Dove Grey Volkswagen T2 'bus.
