1973 VW KARMANN GHIA 1600 COUPE

This Volkswagen Karmann Ghia 1600 Coupe was registered in February 2016 and has had just three registered keepers since then. Its odometer shows circa 86,000 miles and it has been off the road and stored since approximately 2016. Its last MoT expired in July 2017 after being tested at an indicated 84,594 miles. However, as an historic vehicle, it is now exempt from MoT testing. The car runs and drives, but would benefit from some light recommissioning after being off the road. It has been given a new battery and fuel, however. The car was restored in February 1990, when it was changed from green and white to its current grey. Documentation with the VW include the V5C, a folder of invoices back to 1974, and assorted MoT certificates. There's also a spare Volkswagen-branded key as well. It was noted that the front bonnet release will not open and as such we have not been able to photograph this area.
