1961 MATCHLESS G3LS 350CC

This 1961 Matchless G3LS 350cc was a Home Office bike from 1961 to 1972, with a single seat and Craven panniers. It was rebuilt and repainted over 2021 and 2022, including a new exhaust and silencer. The vendor describes it as in good all-round condition, and running and riding very well. It has a fire extinguisher and tyre pump fitted. The Matchless was registered in August 1961 and is showing 953 miles on its odometer. There's no record of an MoT back to 2006, when online MoT records began; however, as an historic bike, the Matchless no longer annual testing. Paperwork includes the current and past V5C, original buff logbook, dating information, workshop manual and some invoices. There's also part of the old bodywork proclaiming the Matchless to be the property of the Scottish Home Department.
