1981 TOYOTA LAND CRUISER FJ40

4,200cc, petrol, manual. An original right-hand drive Japanese built Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 that has been subject to a full off body restoration completed during 2022 to 2023. The work included a respray in red, the black interior fully re-trimmed, new wheels, tyres and a good specification canvas top has been fitted. The 2F straight 6-cylinder engine is said to be “sound” although would benefit from a tune. We have also been advised that the electrics require some attention. The power steering has been upgraded, all new wheel bearings, brake shoes, cylinders and tyres fitted. The new 16" wheels (including matching spare) are described as unused apart from road testing.

Imported from Pakistan in 2022, the vehicle comes with a letter of origin from the Toyota Enthusiasts Club, V5 and VIN decoder sheet. The odometer records 92,122 kilometres (57,250 miles). The original 16" 5 split rims and tyres are included.
