The 1172cc sidevalve-engined Ford Popular 103E that this Special uses as a basis, was built in 1955. It was believed in the mid 1980s it was converted into an open sports car using a mixture of parts. The car was re-registered in November 1987 and it's odometer shows 61,807 miles. In July 2022, the vehicle was professionally resprayed by The Body Centre Norwich. The only paperwork with the vehicle is the V5, which we are currently waiting for from the vendor.
