1964 DAIMLER V8 250 AUTO

This 1964 Daimler V8 250 has been standing since May 2022 and would now benefit from servicing although it does run and drive. It was manufactured in 1964 but only UK-registered in March 1979. Its original colour was grey but this was changed in July 1980 to the current red, so presumably some restoration work was carried out at that point. Three registered keepers since 1979 are recorded on the V5C. The last MoT expired in June 2023 after being tested at an indicated 66,623 miles; the odometer currently shows 66,625 miles. However, as an historic vehicle, the Daimler is now MoT-exempt. The vendor notes that the car has had new tyres, petrol pump and lines, brakes, battery, stainless steel exhaust, rubbers all around including door seals, and rear suspension. 

Accompanying the Daimler is its V5C and a large stack of invoices, MoTs and other sundry paperwork stretching back to the 1970s. There's also a Haynes workshop manual on the very closely-related Jaguar MkI and Mk2 saloons as well.
